Alexander Vysotsky Headlined VIENNA GRAND FORUM: Systemic Business Management and Entry into European Markets

On March 28th, Alexander Vysotsky, the founder of Business Booster, headlined the VIENNA GRAND FORUM, an international conference that took place in Vienna for the first time, bringing together over 300 entrepreneurs, including representatives from the Forbes list.

The forum served as a crucial platform for discussing the future of Ukrainian business in Europe. It united company owners, top managers, investors, international law and trade experts, as well as startups and export-oriented companies interested in entering European markets.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to attend over 20 presentations, participate in networking sessions and B2B meetings, and discuss key topics, including:

  • exports and partnerships as growth drivers;
  • strategies for entering European markets;
  • building sustainable businesses—from startups to corporations.

In his speech, Alexander Vysotsky shared his experience in systemic business management abroad. He provided detailed insights into how entrepreneurs can maintain control, team cohesion, and profitability when emigrating to Europe. Alexander addressed the typical challenges faced by Ukrainian business owners when entering European markets, such as:

  • cultural differences and barriers;
  • communication complexities;
  • the peculiarities of decision-making models.

Particular attention was paid to leveraging change as a resource for growth. Alexander demonstrated how systemic tools and business automation solutions help owners maintain focus and establish effective operations in a new country:

  • business process automation;
  • a financial model independent of manual management;
  • delegation and operational management.

Forum participants were offered a unique opportunity to join the "Business Operating System" practical workshop, which helps entrepreneurs manage their businesses regardless of language, country, or cultural differences. You can join the workshop via this link: https://go.bbooster.online/bos1.

The VIENNA GRAND FORUM became not only a venue for discussing the prospects of Ukrainian business in Europe but also a dynamic dialogue about its transformation, growth, and new opportunities for entrepreneurs.
