My name is Svitlana Kondratenko, and I have been working as a management consultant at Visotsky Inc. for over five years. Before that, I worked as a manager in the restaurant business, overseeing a team of 12 people and responsible for 300 employees.

People often ask me why I decided to switch from the restaurant industry to consulting. As a manager, I achieved high results in team building and business profitability. However, at some point, I felt the need for established rules and their compliance, sometimes even by the company owner! Without the owner's support, implementing a system will not generate any income.

Visotsky Inc.'s product allows the owner to maintain the functionality of management tools. We make sure the owner understands the system's principles because it will not work through managers alone.

While in the restaurant business, I worked under the owner's supervision and coordinated all actions with them. Now, as a consultant, I can directly influence company owners, help them make decisions, and achieve their goals. I assist in implementing management tools, developing each module with them, approving instructional letters, and listening to their conversations.

What do I like most about my work? The shining eyes of the owner who succeeds! It's great when they achieve results during the studying process and upon project completion.
