Einstein

We did a lot of work: we did research and polls to identify what points should be in the training materials, shot special videos for each individual tool, developed a software product so that it was easy to manage the learning process.

I am pleased to present you our new product, which takes the introduction and use of Hubbard Management System management tools to a new level - the Einstein web-based learning system. Now you have the opportunity to automate the training process, manage this process, and increase the competence of employees.

To train employees using Einstein you need:

Assign a training officer, whom we will instruct, how to work with the system, how to give access to the system for your employees and assign courses to them.
Ensure that your employees can use some kind of computer with headphones and take courses at least 30 minutes a day.
Receive weekly course reports from the training provider.
Each of the courses provided is unique, there hasn’t been anything like it yet at Visotsky Consulting. Each course was carefully designed and shot by Alexander Vysotsky personally. These are not seminar notes, this is very concise, unusually practical and complete information about the use of management tools in the company. And most importantly, there wasn’t much of the data that was available in these short courses even at ShVB and ShtM sessions. Despite the fact that these are very short courses, they are unusually rich in information. The course consists of video clips and several exercises that allow you to automatically check the quality of the study of each individual part of the material.

Important data! After your employee has completed the course, he can at any time re-view the completed material, even if he completed the course a year ago, he can update his knowledge.

You can watch an example of a video lesson, which is part of one of the courses. Each course consists of 6-15 such lessons. Here is one of the video tutorials, this is a slice of the How to Use an Organizing Scheme course
