Recently I talked with a friend from the Baltic countries. We talked about some help and support from our New York branch. During the conversation I received a pleasant confirmation - Visotsky Consulting is loved and known. This brought to mind the events of eight years ago, when we were just starting to write the story of Visotsky Consulting. Now we have 7 branches, 6 in the CIS in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and a branch in New York.
The first step towards creating a company I took 8 years ago, back in 2009. Then I sold the share of my business in the Gerold Master company to my partner, and together with Andrei Timoshenko, who is now a successful business owner, we sold the Badge Master company. Thanks to this, I got the opportunity to invest all my time, and the proceeds from a successful sale in a new business - Consulting Business.
At this stage, we set the task - to turn the “School of Productivity”, in which I was the only resource to provide, into a streaming consulting company whose goal is to train business owners, and not just introduce management tools, provide a comprehensive product. As a consultant, I realized that I could only complete 4-5 consulting projects per year, so it was decided to create a consulting technology.
Looking back, I understand how easy it was to make this decision at that time - after all, I was an amateur, at that time I was not yet a professional in consulting, but it was this idea that made the global, internationally known product that we provide now possible.
Then my team and I could not imagine what a difficult and time-consuming process was ahead of us. We were lucky that we followed this idea - we invested our strength, energy, time in developing Visotsky Consulting, and as a result, the result exceeded expectations.
Dear friends, if you have an idea, follow it. Someone will support you, someone will criticize, but if you are persistent and confident that you can achieve a result, you will definitely succeed.
