As part of the "Boost Efficiency" faculty, a meeting dedicated to task delegation was held. The speaker of the event was Svetlana Vasilyenko, a business engineer at the faculty. Her professional experience includes:

- 8 years at Business Booster Company;

- Collaboration with over 100 companies on management issues;

- Mentoring role for business coaches and business engineers;

- 15 years in leadership positions in the banking sector.

The speaker shared her knowledge and experience in effective employee management, delegation, increasing their responsibilities, and implementing metrics in companies. She talked about:

- Forming folders;

- Delegating functions;

- Implementing metrics in companies.

She also provided recommendations for personal planning and advised conducting an analysis and review of duties with each employee every six months to adapt and optimize work processes. At the end of the lecture, Svetlana Vasilyenko answered residents' questions and discussed the most illustrative cases.
