On October 18, Moldova Business Forum III concluded in Chișinău. It was one of the largest business events in the region, bringing together hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors, and top managers under the roof of the Chișinău Arena. The forum served not only as an educational platform but also as a powerful networking space where participants exchanged experience and discussed business development in Europe and the CIS.
Alexander Visotsky's presentation was dedicated to the topic "5 Stages of Business Owner Growth: From Zero to a Large-Scale Company." Alexander spoke about the key roles of an entrepreneur at different stages of company development, principles of delegation, and strategies for escaping operational routine.
According to Visotsky, his speech was met with great interest — the audience actively engaged in the discussion and asked questions about the practical application of systemic management tools. The following day, he also held an additional session where he shared capital growth strategies and examples from the Business Booster practice.
The Forum's Atmosphere
Alexander noted the high level of event organization and called the forum "a true event of European scale." He mentioned that Moldovan entrepreneurs impressed him with their maturity of thinking, education, and modern approach to business. Many are fluent in several languages, are focused on international markets, and strive for systematic growth.
Visotsky was particularly struck by the speech of Steve Wozniak, engineer and co-founder of Apple. It was deeply personal and filled with philosophy—about values and following one's own path. According to Alexander, Wozniak made an impression as a person who always chose what he truly loved rather than chasing capital, and this is exactly what makes him truly outstanding.
Recalling his interactions with Yevgeny Chichvarkin, both at the forum and on his YouTube podcast, which garnered 100 thousand views in a month, Alexander (Vysotsky) warmly highlighted Chichvarkin's intellect, sense of style/taste, and positive outlook on life. According to Vysotsky, he is a person who is pleasant to listen to and with whom one wants to communicate, and his ideas are energizing.
Vysotsky emphasized that such forums are a rare opportunity to step away from the intensive work on Business Booster products and meet with entrepreneurs who are not yet familiar with the accelerator. He stated that this live communication helps him better understand business needs and adjust the company's products.
Conclusion
Summing up the forum, Alexander noted that the event was held at the highest level. Excellent organization, a comfortable arena, delicious food, aesthetics, and atmosphere — everything was thought out to the smallest detail. He also thanked the organizers for the invitation and specifically mentioned that Moldova Business Forum III left him with a desire to return again.
