Last Friday, June 30th, an open meeting of all Business Booster employees took place. The founders of Business Booster, Alexander Vysockiy and Valentin Vasilevskiy, also attended.
Weekly company meetings are a way to maintain a high level of engagement in remote work. They are necessary to ensure that set goals are achieved, and individual efforts are directed towards an expected result. Each such meeting allows us to analyze the past week and identify the most priority tasks for the next one. It also helps to achieve consistency in plans and actions.
Each meeting starts with informal communication: employees talk and share the good news. In addition, at each conference, one of the Business Booster residents speaks about their results. After that, it's time for reports from the heads of each department.
A mandatory condition for the meeting is having the camera turned on. This creates a presence effect, which is important for remote work. Each employee has the opportunity to see and hear colleagues, as well as share something of their own.
The latest such event was open: it was attended by employees from all departments and the founders of the company. Alexander and Valentin answered employee questions and talked about a new product that is currently being developed — 500Rollup. It is dedicated to mergers and acquisitions - the next level for companies after systematization.
Recall that on June 27th, a closed master class for Business Booster residents was held with Andrey Alchiev as the speaker. You can learn more about the event by following the link.
