In the print magazine “Modern Personnel Management Technologies”, an article by Valentin Vasilevsky was published

The article, titled “Safe for the Company — Comfortable for the Candidate”, focuses on discussing salary issues with a candidate during an interview. In the article, Valentin described a strategy of agreeing to what is offered but asking for a doubling salary after passing the probation period.

Valentin Vasilevsky also shared insights into the selection process candidates undergo at Business Booster, a life hack on what to do if a candidate expects more than you can offer, and answered the question of whether it makes sense to negotiate during an interview.
