It won't replace people, but it will replace those who don't use it. My algorithm for implementing AI in a company

I have a calm attitude toward technology. Over three decades in business, I've seen company owners get excited about CRM, chatbots, and automation. Most implementations ended the same way—enthusiasm, chaos, and oblivion.

But today is different. Artificial intelligence is not considered a wave of hype but a real revolution in business efficiency. It is no longer a toy for IT specialists. It is a reliable business tool that saves hundreds of hours, eliminates routine, and helps the team work meaningfully. I will share how we are implementing AI at Business Booster and what results it has already yielded.

Sales Department Control without Listening to Calls

When a Head of Sales listens to calls manually, they are not managing; they are just surviving. A good specialist spends up to 80 hours a month on this, which is two working weeks. This is monotonous, exhausting work done just to find a couple of mistakes and draw objective conclusions.

We did it differently. Every call is automatically transcribed, and the lines of the salesperson and the client are separated. Then, the neural network compares the dialogue with the script, notes deviations, and assesses how objections were handled. As a result, the manager receives a ready report indicating who and where deviated from the standard. Now they spend 20 hours, not 80. The analysis has become systemic because the AI sees statistics, not random blunders, which makes the control objective.

How AI Helped Understand Customers Deeper

If you create products, content, or marketing, you know how difficult it is to get customer insights. Previously, it was a hellish job, consisting of dozens of interviews, hours of listening, tables, and questionable conclusions.

With the help of AI, we analyze all Customer Development (CustDev) interviews (a methodology for researching the needs of potential clients to create a product they will need) and surveys. This allows us to identify our clients' pain points and speak the same language as them.

Personalization of E-mail Marketing: From Hours to Minutes

A good email is not just text, but a reflection of the company's mission. Previously, a copywriter spent an hour to an hour and a half on one email, and today the same specialist completes this task in ten minutes. We create prompts that capture the style, goals, and tone. It's like hiring an assistant who works 24/7 and never gets tired. Now one specialist does the volume that was previously done by a team. But the main thing is that the human role has changed. They no longer just type the text but think about the meaning and check how accurately the neural network conveyed the idea.

Lead Magnet Conveyor

Time is our most expensive resource. Previously, creating one lead magnet took days, but now we spend a few hours. The neural network helps us quickly generate content, visuals, texts, and descriptions. We can test dozens of options, select the best, and scale them. Thanks to this, the funnel efficiency has increased by 1.6 times. And the team's attention is now focused not on the design, but on the essence—on the meanings we convey to the client.

Coca-Cola does the same. They create advertising campaigns and banners using AI design, increasing accuracy and speed without losing creativity.

For instance, in last year's holiday campaign, Coca-Cola launched a series of commercial spots entirely created with generative AI. Among them was a remake of the iconic "The Holidays Are Coming" featuring the signature red trucks. The main idea of the campaign was to demonstrate that technology can convey emotions just as well as traditional advertising.

Production of Educational Content

Creating educational videos has always required enormous resources. Scripting, filming, editing, voiceover—the process could drag on for months. Now a minute of finished material costs $27, not $220.

We have reduced costs eightfold and accelerated content updates tenfold. Our scripts go through a neural network, which generates and voices the videos, and an hour later, the updated material is already on the platform. The quality has improved because there is no fluff, mistakes, slips of the tongue, or filler words. The information has become concentrated, logical, and easy to absorb. Such videos have fewer emotions, but when it comes to knowledge transfer, accuracy and meaning are more important.

How to Implement AI in a Company: My Five-Step Algorithm

At Business Booster, we don't just test tools. We implement them systematically. Here are the steps that really work:

  1. Appoint an AI-implementation lead. This person tests services and helps others integrate them into their work.
  2. Give employees access to AI. Without corporate licenses, everything will remain a toy.
  3. Create an internal AI chat. Let people share their discoveries and prompts; this will speed up learning.
  4. Hold hackathons. In three days, employees create real AI solutions that save hundreds of hours.
  5. Focus managers' attention. At coordination meetings, discuss where AI has already been implemented and what else can be improved.

These steps are simple, but they are what form a culture of efficiency. When AI becomes part of the company's DNA, the business grows faster.

Conclusion

Artificial intelligence will not replace people. But it will certainly displace those who do not use it. The main goal should be not automation for the sake of automation, but freeing up time for strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership.

When an owner stops manually listening to calls and starts analyzing data instantly, they gain time management tools, not chaos. When a marketer sees the real emotions of customers, not just guesses, this is the new business efficiency. AI is not a threat but a new environment. And those who implement it faster than others win in it.
