Over 100 Business Owners Discuss Growth Strategies at Business Booster Board #16 in Miami

The two-day Business Booster Board event concluded in Miami Beach, bringing together over a hundred business owners with annual revenues ranging from $1M to $20M+. Participants from the USA, Canada, Spain, Ukraine, and other countries gathered to discuss key challenges of scaling and growth. Despite the multinational composition, everyone spoke one language: the language of business.

The central theme of the event, initiated by Business Booster co-founder Alexander Vysotsky, was a call to shift the entrepreneurial paradigm from chasing quarterly profits to building long-term company capitalization.

A key idea from Vysotsky’s speech was the thesis that instead of focusing exclusively on current profit, business owners should evaluate all their actions through the prism of their impact on capitalization. He recommended that when making strategic decisions, the primary focus should be on increasing the company's value, not on immediate gain.

Vysotsky emphasized that a business without the potential for exponential growth is a trap for the owner's time and money. To avoid this, it's essential to implement the right metrics from the very beginning, which, like an airplane's dashboard, show the real state of affairs.

The program also featured leading experts and practitioners:

  • Doug Batdorf, a pricing expert, revealed the formula for the "golden price" that helps retain customers.
  • Vladislav Zotya, an entrepreneur with an annual revenue of $53M, shared 10 principles that helped him overcome burnout and reach a weekly income of $1M.
  • Sardor Umrdinov, founder of a group of companies valued at $100M+, shared his resource allocation model for the active growth phase.
  • John Mautner, an entrepreneur from the list of America's 500 fastest-growing companies, shared key factors for stable growth in a competitive environment.
  • Sergey Golovinov, an entrepreneur who launched a new business during a crisis, shared his insights on burnout as a point of growth.
  • Nataliia Nesterenko, a business architect and CEO of Business Booster USA, explained how to generate profit by combining high- and low-margin products into a single strategy.

The event was remembered not only for its strong content but also for its unique atmosphere, where everyone sitting next to you was the owner of a real, operating business. Participants noted the high level of organization and practical value. All tools and strategies were presented in a way that they could be implemented immediately after returning to work.

The result of the two days was tangible business achievements, including dozens of new valuable contacts, partnership agreements, and fresh ideas for scaling personal projects. For many, participating in the Board has already become a tradition, and a major announcement at the event was the launch of a new referral program from Business Booster USA. Now, participants can recommend the company's projects and services, receiving bonuses and further strengthening the business community.

The next Business Booster Board is scheduled for January 2026. See the photo report from the recent event.
