The graduation of the fourth cohort of the Consultants School has taken place

In June 2022, the fourth group of the Consultants School at Business Booster began. On July 6, 2023, they had their graduation. Over the course of 10 months, participants were trained in the profession of Business Management and Development Consulting. The intensive training was focused on studying and implementing various tools into their work. Each participant underwent more than 50 hours of theory and 100 hours of practical training.

Here are some of the topics covered in the course:

- Business management system and roles within it;

- Business structure;

- Financial management;

- Personal effectiveness;

- Monitoring activities using statistics;

- Describing and delegating functions;

- Working with a real client.

After such comprehensive preparation, each graduate is familiar with management tools and can successfully apply them in their work.

13 participants from the Consultants School are already collaborating with Business Booster, while two are working with companies that are our clients.
