I am the Executive Director of the department at Visotsky Inc. responsible for online service provision and technical preparation of specialists working with clients.

Initially, I came to the position of management consultant and soon began combining it with administrative duties. As I learned more about management tools, I got involved in the work of the technology department and took on the task of preparing our management consultants.

Work at Visotsky Inc. provides me with continuous, intensive growth and development. I don't know of any other company that provides such a concentrated experience. Sometimes, it seems like I've worked in a hundred companies — all thanks to our clients! I have gained their knowledge, experience, and failures, and it's very valuable.

There is no feeling that I will hit the ceiling. The plans, ambitions, and scale of the company are so large that there is always room for growth. You can take on new areas, games, and challenges. It's very inspiring!

During the establishment of the Consulting Academy, I approached Alexander Visotsky and said, «Alexander, I want to build an empire. This is what it will look like. Can I build it within your empire?». He looked at the materials I provided and replied, «They fit — go for it!». I remember the feeling of euphoria and victory, the feeling that I can conquer the world.

My work affects the entire company. And it's great that not only I but all Visotsky Inc. employees can see the impact of their results on overall success. Management tools help to clearly see the product and contribution that team members make.
