«I am a practical person, and I only need things that work. And the program from Visotsky Inc works!»

Elena’s business has been around for over 25 years, producing disposable medical devices for the whole of Kazakhstan, such as masks, respirators, sterile gloves, gowns, and others. Their mission is to improve the quality of life and increase its average lifespan through prevention. Their products help prevent the spread of infections, and they service 100% of state clinics in Kazakhstan.

After the number of employees increased to 100 people, she didn't know how to manage everyone. In their business, the cost of human error is high, and it was necessary to eliminate it. She is a very systematic person and has implemented many systems, such as ISO 13485, which contains requirements for the quality management system of medical device manufacturers. But none of them spoke about how to expand and scale while still controlling the business. Because of this, for many years, she consciously slowed down the company's development.

After studying at Visotsky Inc and implementing the tools of management, her team also became more systematic. For example, statistics allow them to see the productivity of each employee, which is the real KPI. She is confident that it was thanks to these tools that they were able to withstand the chaos that came with the pandemic. In case of force majeure circumstances, some systems crack at the seams, but they withstood and quickly recovered.

Her job as an owner also changed — for example, during the pandemic, she was able to manage remotely and spend more time with her family. Thanks to this, she also realized that if she could manage one office remotely, why not create another? Business growth was driven by the pandemic because they produced a strategically important product. Speaking of tools, thanks to them, they grew at least three times.

She sees that thanks to the training, they can scale up by tens of times. They are now mastering new marketing tools, one of which is franchising. She also received an offer from Visotsky Inc to become a lecturer and help business owners. She is incredibly happy when she teaches, hears confirmation from business owners, and sees how their perspective changes.
