Lectures on Company Integration by Alexander Visotsky Took Place at the 500 Rollups Project

On February 7th and 14th, Alexander Visotsky conducted lectures for residents of the 500 Rollups project. They were dedicated to target integration in companies. On the first day, participants learned:

- About integration risks;

- Methods of risk avoidance;

- Types of integrations;

- Data collection for integrations, and much more.

On the second day, Alexander Visotsky covered topics including:

- Activity and integration management;

- Leadership and delegation;

- Management and mentoring of leaders.

The lectures spanned two days due to their extensive content. After completing the entire topic, residents of 500 Rollups had the opportunity to ask questions to Alexander Visotsky and provide feedback. For example, one participant mentioned that he had bought companies twice and made all the mistakes Alexander mentioned. However, thanks to the lecture, he now knows how to avoid them.
