The first cohort of the online workshop «Business Operating System» has concluded: sharing insights from participants.

On December 16th, the first cohort of the updated online workshop "Business Operating System», conducted live by the founders of Business Booster, concluded. Throughout the intensive training, Alexander Vysotsky and Valentin Vasilevsky revealed all the necessary tools for building a system in one's business.

The workshop lasted six days and covered the following topics:

1st day: From manual management to a systematic company.

2nd day: Organizational structure, planning, hiring, and growth rate.

3rd day: How to measure, analyze, and manage business results.

4th day: Marketing and sales system.

5th day: The role of the owner in financial management.

6th day: How to implement changes in the company for systematic growth.
