How the staff of an agricultural enterprise grew by 25%, and the owner was able to focus on strate

Oleg Babiichuk, the owner of "Agro Forte", ran his business for many years, building it from scratch. He made all decisions himself, relying on experience and intuition. As the company grew, he had to work more and more, and the feeling that he was carrying the business on his back intensified. The team was working at its limit, processes remained unstructured, and strategic development seemed to have stalled.

What Hindered Business Development

Before joining Business Booster, Oleg faced typical problems that held back growth:

  • There was no clear organizational structure, which led to overlapping duties, undocumented processes, and ad-hoc decision-making.
  • Management was based on intuition, and the team operated without a unified system, reducing overall efficiency.
  • Planning was unsystematic — strategies were formed based on guesswork, not data and metrics.
  • The owner himself combined the functions of owner and Chief Operating Officer, which prevented him from focusing on strategy and development.

The company continued to operate, but the feeling that only half the potential was being used never left Oleg. It was then, at an offline seminar, that Oleg learned about Business Booster. The desire to free up time, make the enterprise more efficient, and establish remote management prompted him to start training.

What Changed During the Training

Over 9 months at Business Booster, Oleg not only gained knowledge but also completely overhauled his approach to management. He realized that chaos cannot be compensated for by hard work or experience.

"Managing people is like any process: like cooking food, growing produce, or building a house. If you do it without technology, the result will be what you expect," says Oleg.

With the help of curators, he built an organizational structure, distributed functional responsibilities, and implemented data-driven planning. Tools for control, a system of regular coordination meetings, and clear principles of interaction within the team emerged.

The training became a turning point for Oleg. "What I went through in this course opened my eyes to managing both the business and a department. Everyone who manages people needs to know how to do this," he notes.

Progress That Inspires

After implementing systemic tools, the results were quick to appear:

  • The number of employees grew from 120 to 150 people.
  • The company's turnover increased from 314 to 325 thousand UAH (hryvnia).
  • Oleg’s role changed — he fully delegated operational management and focused on the strategic development of the business.

Today, Oleg manages the company consciously and calmly, understanding which steps lead to growth. He has started recommending Business Booster to colleagues who face similar difficulties.

"I know owners who are making the same mistakes I used to. If I see planning chaos in their business, I always advise them to contact you," he shares.

Oleg Babiichuk’s story is an example of how a systematic approach can deliver not only increased metrics but also confidence in the future. When structure appears, a business ceases to depend on chance and begins to operate like a reliable mechanism.
